Are you the new Working Foreman for our client in Lottum?

You will ensure that the production line runs smoothly and efficiently by lighting and supervising both colleagues and machines. As a reliable and quick right hand of the Production Manager, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth production flow and achieving the set targets.

What will you do?

• Responsible for feeding materials to the production line; • Driving a forklift to remove various materials from storage or cold storage such as pears, cherries, jars and lids; • Assist in converting the production line when changing to a different pot size; • Fix faults and carry out minor maintenance on the machines; • Managing the cleaning team at the end of the day and making sure everything is ready for the next working day; • Various and varied tasks, depending on the season and type of fresh produce being processed.

What will you bring?

• Minimum MBO/ working and thinking level; • Experience in Food is preferred; • Proficiency in Dutch, English or German is required and Polish is preferred.
